Overview

The Agenda Management Software project is a significant upgrade to the City’s meeting management system. This cloud-based solution will replace the outdated, home-grown legacy Access database currently in use. The new software will streamline the agenda creation, approval, and meeting management processes, offering a more efficient and user-friendly workflow for all types of public meetings. By adopting this advanced technology, the City aims to improve transparency, accessibility, and communication, making it easier for staff, officials, and residents to access and manage meeting agendas and related documents.
