The City of Homestead is proud to unveil the draft of our very first Five-Year Strategic Plan—a major milestone in shaping a stronger, more connected future for our community. The draft plan will be presented at the Committee of the Whole meeting on July 8th, and will be adopted at the Council Meeting on July 16, 2025.
