Beginning Monday, January 3, 2022, all Homestead Public Services (HPS) Sanitation customers will have a new zone and new pickup schedule. Regular garbage pick-up days will remain the same, but bulk waste and recycling pick-up days will change to an alternating biweekly schedule.
Customers will receive a calendar by mail with dates for garbage, recyclable, and bulk waste pickups. HPS encourages its customers to keep the schedule in an easily visible area for easy reference throughout the year.
