NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD AND PUBLIC MEETING TO DISCUSS THE AMENDMENT TO THE 2014-2015 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) PROGRAM
The City of Homestead is proposing an amendment to the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program to reallocate prior fiscal year programmed funds for public facility and housing activities and to fund debt service from the current FY 2014-2015 allocation. Activities in FY 2014-2015 are being reprogrammed to meet a September 11, 2021 deadline. The amendment will be considered at the regular City Council meeting, on August 26, 2021 5:01 pm, City Hall Council Chambers, 100 Civic Court, Homestead, Florida. The propose changes as follows:

Public Meeting
The City will conduct a public meeting during the regularly scheduled City Council Meeting on August 26, 2021 5:01 pm, City Hall Council Chambers, 100 Civic Court, Homestead, Florida. The purpose of the meeting is to receive public comments on the proposed amendment, community development needs of the City, and Fair Housing.
