Councilwoman Kimberly Konsky was elected to a four-year term in November 2025 to represent Council Seat #1, which includes the Northwest area of Homestead.
Biographical Information
A lifelong Homestead resident, farmer’s daughter, and Hurricane Andrew survivor, Councilwoman Konsky has dedicated more than 30 years to serving the community. She has volunteered thousands of hours with local nonprofits, civic groups, and schools, and has been actively involved in organizations such as the Homestead Woman’s Club, as well as community events including the Homestead Rodeo, Rotary Seafood Festival, and Kiwanis Prayer Breakfast.
