The Southwest Advisory Committee (SWAC) was established by the City of Homestead as an advisory board pursuant to Resolution 2008-06-18. The SWAC's main goal is the enhancement of the quality of life in the Southwest area of Homestead. Board members are appointed to two-year terms pursuant to procedures set forth in the City Charter.
