The City of Homestead is launching a new monthly Karaoke Night in the Park, inviting residents and visitors to enjoy a free, family-friendly community event held on the first Friday of each month at Losner Park. The first edition, themed Latin Night, will take place on Friday, February 6, from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., at 104 N. Krome Avenue.
Hosted under the Discover Homestead brand, the City’s newly revamped tourism, marketing, placemaking brand, the Karaoke Night in the Park brings neighbors together for an evening of music, entertainment, and community connection in the heart of Downtown Homestead. Attendees are encouraged to step up to the microphone, sing their favorite songs, and enjoy a relaxed, open-air atmosphere under the park lights.
Held every first Friday of the month, Karaoke Night in the Park supports the City’s ongoing efforts to activate Downtown Homestead, create consistent foot traffic, and encourage residents and visitors to engage with local businesses and public spaces. These activations reflect the City’s broader commitment to using community events as a catalyst for economic development and long-term vibrancy throughout Homestead.
This event is free and open to the public. Residents are encouraged to bring friends, family, and their best singing voices for a fun night out in Losner Park.
