City of Homestead Seeks Permitting Firms or Individuals for Development Services

The City of Homestead Development Services Department invites sealed proposals from firms or individuals experienced in building permitting, plan review and inspection services. The resulting agreement shall be to provide building permitting, plan review and inspection services to assure compliance with all applicable adopted codes, other city ordinances, and applicable county, state and federal laws. The City of Homestead's Development Services Department handles planning, zoning, building, and code compliance. They oversee development projects, ensure construction safety, and enforce local codes. Their work supports sustainable growth and preserves the community's quality of life. Submittals for this project are due by September 19, 2024, at 2:00 PM.
