Beginning on Monday, February 20th, 2023, the City of Homestead will commence Phase 1 of a New Roadway project along SW 328 ST from SW 187 Ave to Sw 6 Ave. The project will include clearing and grubbing, erosion control, stormwater drainage, concrete, roadway, signalization, and street lighting.
Residents should expect the westbound lane to be closed along 328 ST from SW 187 Ave to SW 6 Ave and traffic to be detoured. Construction equipment, machinery, and personnel will be present in the area.
