The City of Homestead is pleased to announce a grant-funded tree planting project along SW 187 Ave from NW 8 St. to NW 14 St., concluding the week of January 26, 2026. The project will install 40+ trees to enhance the community.
Proper traffic control devices will be in place, and traffic impacts are not expected.
