Strategic Planning
A city strategic plan is a roadmap that outlines the community’s long-term mission, vision, priorities, and goals. It serves as a guide for decision-making and resource allocation, ensuring that the city's growth and development align with the needs and aspirations of its residents. It helps address challenges, identify opportunities, and foster collaboration among residents, businesses, and local government.
