The forum will be held on Thursday, June 6th at 10:00 AM in City Hall, located at 100 Civic Court, Homestead, FL 33030, in the 3rd floor Main Conference Room.

The primary goal of this forum is to gather valuable input from the development community regarding the redevelopment of the site which is currently zoned for mixed-use development and senior house.  The CRA aims to gauge market interest in various potential uses for the property, including but not limited to, senior housing, multi-family, single-family, and mixed-use developments.

Developers attending the forum will benefit from a concise presentation on the CRA plan and the specific site. Following the presentation, there will be an opportunity for developers to provide feedback, ask questions, and engage in discussions about the future of the property. An optional site visit will also be available for those interested in a closer look at the location.

Developers are encouraged to RSVP for the event at www.cityofhomestead.com/forum to confirm their attendance. For more information contact the CRA at 305-224-4480.
