Digitally Sign & Seal Documents Instructions

The City of Homestead's new EPL-Building, Utilities, Inspections, Land Development (B.U.I.L.D) platform allows architects, contractors, engineers, or surveyors to upload sign and seal drawings and/or documents for plans review. This page provides a step-by-step process on how to successfully sign and seal a drawing or document.

You will need to select a City of Homestead recognized digital certificate provider and acquire an application through their application process. As a reminder, the City recognizes the following certificate authorities
