The Building Safety Division requires that all Safety Inspection Permits must be submitted with either an:
(1) Electrical repair list
OR
(2) A Notarized letter from the Contractor stating there are no necessary repairs.
All permit applications are subject to review.

Fee Schedule
On September 9, 2025, the City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2025-09-25 establishing updated building permit and related fees. These updates promote transparency and align fees with the true cost of permitting and inspection services.
