The City of Homestead proudly partners with the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV) and the Miami-Dade County Tax Collector’s Office to bring the Florida Licensing on Wheels (FLOW) mobile unit directly to our residents.
FLOW offers convenient access to essential services, including:
- Driver's license and ID credentialing services
- Vehicle registration renewals
- Emergency contact information registration
Please note: No written or driving tests are administered at FLOW events.
Walk-Up Service
FLOW services are offered on a walk-up basis only during scheduled events. Appointments are no longer required.
